The Brief
The first step of each outstanding project is a clear brief. We listen to you making sure we fully understand your overall objectives and advise you on important opportunities and challenges.

Concept Design
After the brief has been agreed, we create a number of initial design options. We will present these concepts to you in form of drawings, sketches and initial 3D views, which will help you to make informed decisions.

Technical Design / Construction
Your preferred design option will be developed in more detail using BIM (Building Information Modeling) and we will submit a planning application if it is required. We will produce detailed information which will allow you to obtain quotes from suitable building contractors and suppliers.

Your project is ready to move in
We will make sure that your project will be delivered in accordance with the agreed drawings and specification. Well will carry out regular site inspections to ensure that your design vision will be achieved. Once the project is complete it’s time to enjoy your new space.
